Absolutely exquisite pair of antique early Black Forest Bear Bookends. The early Black Forest Bears have beaded eyes whereas the later ones have painted… They are just gorgeous, such amazing detail and in lovely condition with just one tiny chip to the ear of the left hand one. This could be easily disguised with some wood stain but I have left it untouched… Just delightful sitting on a desk or shelf…
