The reverse \/ back of the sticks is also beautifully carved in the form of a tree trunk. These are really old and really lovely, there are a few bits missing from the top of the candle holder on the right hand one, but this is to be expected given their age. There is also a small chip at the front of the base of the left hand stick. All clearly shown in the photos.
