Cut crystal diffuser with a beautiful faux tortoiseshell and sterling silver inlay decorative lid. This was originally a 'hair tidy' and would have sat on a ladies dressing table. Seriously smart and handsome, in wonderful condition and with clear hallmarks dating it to Birmingham 1923.
