The ultimate upcycle!

Antique Victorian & Edwardian perfume bottles with sterling silver collars & cut glass bodies are highly collectable. However those that are missing their stoppers are of no use to collectors or anyone else for that matter.

Similarly, sterling silver & cut glass Victorian ‘hair tidy’s’ or ‘hair receivers’ which were used to store ladies hairpins as well as their hair (yes they used to collect their hair!) also have no use in today’s society.

They are all extremely beautiful, however & I realised that they make the perfect vessel for a reed diffuser. Not only that, it is a reed diffuser for LIFE as all you need to do is replace the reeds & oil therefore eliminating the need to keep buying glass bottles. So as well as acquiring quite possibly the most beautiful reed diffuser on the market you will be doing your bit for the planet & giving a beautiful item a whole new lease of life!

All my diffusers are priced to INCLUDE reeds & oil as well as a fully recyclable gift box – NB all of these items can be removed from the price should they not be required.

Please note: these items are all antique & may therefore include some imperfections aquired over the years – I try to give the best descriptions possible but please understand that there may be the odd nick to the glass or ding in the silver – they have already had a long life after all!
